David Penner MD is a Harvard trained psychiatrist who is double boarded in both Psychiatry and the Sub-specialty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. His psychiatry residency and fellowship through Harvard Medical School provided extensive training in medical psychiatry with his medical consult liaison training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, among the top 20 best hospitals in the nation according to the US News and World Report’s Best Hospitals Honor Roll 2018-2019. Dr. Penner earned his Medical Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He is a native of southwest Washington and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. He has served as an expert witness, independent medical examiner, as well as a guest lecturer at Harvard Medical School through Cambridge Health Alliance. His private practice consists of extensive management of patients with difficult to treat depression.

Tom is a triple board-certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Adult Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. Before joining Pristine Mental Health, he practiced in a wide range of specialties, including; community mental health, corrections, and acute inpatient psychiatry.
Tom retired from the US Army in 2017 as a Colonel after 28 years as an army nurse and nurse practitioner. He toured Iraq and Afghanistan. Tom provides medication management and short-term psychotherapy for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and psychosis for adult geriatric and child and adolescent patients. Thomas enjoys time with his grandchildren, listening to music, and watching Korean dramas for fun.
Ann Song is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a long-time resident of Thurston County. Licensed as a registered nurse since 1995, she has worked in many settings. She wanted more tools to better support individuals, families, and the community, so she chose to further her education. In 2019 she graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health, emphasizing trauma-informed care.
Ann Song combines her clinical experience with a holistic, trauma-informed approach. She provides short-term psychotherapy and works collaboratively with the client to develop an individualized treatment plan/medication recommendation to meet her client’s mental health needs.
She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, crafting, and gardening in her spare time.
Keri Seymore holds a Master of Nursing Practice from Gonzaga University and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings over 20 years of clinical nursing experience, specializing in emergency services and critical care. Her treatment philosophy is collaborative, focusing on mindful, evidence-based practice with a holistic perspective. Working with patients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan, Keri offers medication management and short-term psychotherapy to target symptoms and improve overall well-being.
She is a long-time Olympia resident and spends much of her PNW summers hiking and backpacking the Olympics. She enjoys immersing herself in new cultural experiences with a deep love for travel.
Lindsay has 12 years of experience working in family medicine before coming to Pristine Mental Health. While working in family medicine, she developed a passion for treating those with mental health conditions and decided she wanted to practice in this area of medicine full time. She earned her master’s degree and P.A. education at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Lindsay also earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
She is currently working towards completing her doctorate (Doctor of Medical Science) through A.T. Still University and plans on obtaining a specialty certification in psychiatry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, her two young boys, and her two dogs, Zeke and Tillman. You can find her outside enjoying the great summer weather in the PNW, coaching volleyball at one of the local high schools, playing volleyball in various tournaments and recreational leagues, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks during football season.
Amanpreet Cheema is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a Master of Science degree from Walden University. Before starting her nursing career, Amanpreet completed a bachelor’s degree in education from Seattle Pacific University and has a deep passion for teaching students of all ages. She began her nursing career as a certified nursing assistant and went into psychiatric nursing after completing her BSN from Marian University in Indianapolis. Amanpreet has experience working in community mental health in inpatient, voluntary, involuntary, and outpatient settings. Amanpreet aspires to integrate her background in education and nursing to provide culturally competent and patient-centered care.
Amanpreet enjoys traveling and aims to visit every continent and all 50 states. She also enjoys learning about other cultures, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with loved ones. The South Asian community is close to her heart, and she is dedicated to advocating for their mental health. Aman is accepting new adult patients for evaluation and medication management via telehealth.

In 2012 Ronna furthered her nursing education by acquiring her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Gonzaga University, where she graduated with honors. Before joining Pristine Mental Health, she worked in a wide range of clinical and administrative settings, including but not limited to; Case Management, Home Health, Public Health, and Clinical Administration. Ronna’s passion for helping others and providing for the needy have made a profound difference in the lives of countless people, making her ideal for advancing Pristine Mental Health’s mission. Ronna enjoys walking her three dogs, reading, and spending time with her five grandchildren during her free time.
